At the 3-day-long Maneuver Warfighter Conference Expo, you'll find your best chance to showcase the latest technology, products, and services geared toward the U.S. Army and the Maneuver Center of Excellence's mission areas. Here's why. The Maneuver Warfighter Conference Expo:
Attracts key Maneuver personnel, senior leadership, soldiers, NCO's, procurement officers and individuals connected to the ongoing mission of the Maneuver Center of Excellence.
Reaches a diverse group of military decision makers and theater-deploying soldiers from across the U.S.
Enjoys strong & consistent attendance and participation from the Fort Benning community.

There are 800 residents of McGinnis-Wickam Hall (where the industry exhibitors will set up) and 27,000 active duty members stationed at Fort Moore – all of whom are actively encouraged to attend this event for specialized and refresher training, tactical information exchange, networking and education. Happening concurrently with the weeklong Maneuver Warfighter Conference, this expo also provides a unique opportunity for exhibitors to reach 1,000+ senior military leaders from both Fort Moore and installations around the world.

This is an UNCOVERED exhibit space. You may elect to erect a canopy or small tent but one will not be provided. Tents may be purchased from the event decorator.

• Carpet is NOT included with indoor space. Carpet can be purchased from the event decorator if desired.
• Items that cannot be carried into the building by hand or on a small handcart must coordinate delivery with the event decorator.

Shooting Range Demo Package – $2,500
Includes:
Opportunity to provide a live fire demonstration of your rifle/pistol on the Coursen Range at the Recerational Shooting Complex (RSC)
One range lane (up to 300 yards) for 5 hours on one conference day. Multiple days are available for purchase
Targets and range safety officers are provided
Easy FedEx/UPS shipping/receiving/storage/return of weapons directly to the shooting range from FFL holders
Purchase ammunition from range (advance notice of purchase needs required)

Directions
Directions From I-185 South:
I-185 South will dead end at the security/access gate to Fort Moore. You will need to show a Drivers License inside the visitors center and they will issue you a pass.
After going through the security checkpoint, continue straight on Lindsey Creek Parkway. Follow signs for Main Post/HQ
After approximately 3 miles, the road will become 1st Division Road.
After approximately 1 mile, the road will become Dixie Road
Turn right on Edwards Street
Turn left on Eckel Street
Turn right on Chesney Street
McGinnis-Wickam Hall is the large building with statues/flags in front
Parking and Equipment
Information about ordering equipment, electrical, shipping and rentals can be found in the
exhibit kit.
Parking is available in the lots surrounding McGinnis-Wickam Hall.
Internet access is not available at the event. If you need wifi, please explore options such as mobile hot spots.
Any vendor bringing weapons on to Fort Moore must submit a preapproval form to their FBC representative or to djohnson@fbcinc.com
On Company Letterhead you should:
State that you are bringing the weapons on to the base for the Maneuver Conference
Identify the weapons by Make, Model, Serial Number, and caliber.
Identify the employee(s) who are bringing the weapon on by full name, SSN, and date of birth.
Forms must be received no later than August 27, 2024. Anyone attempting to display unapproved weapons at the event will be removed from base by military police
